Default Cheers Guys

Many thanks Guys for this ( and all the other !! ) How To 's , I have just fitted stick coils from a 2010 'Blade to my '97 'Cane. The bike sounds a lot smoother, and seems to pull harder and rev more freely. Not many other folk out today, but it is only 2 degC !! The coils came from a 5700 mile bike that the guy could not sell, so he broke it up and quickly sold it all on ebay, shame really but thats life these days. If any of the UK guys need an old coil set to test a suspect ystem, than just let me know _ best regards from Drax

Well done Dave! And it is a shame that its better financially to break up low mileage bikes at the moment. Does keep us in good spares though

Cheers, SB

I used a set and harness from an 01 600 for my 87 600. Works just fine now i have an electrical charging issue though... Had before to be honest just chose to ignore it... oh well conversion works great though.
