Default Lift

So, looking for a way to support the front of the bike for an hour or so to swap the front rubber. Don’t have a lift of any sort or stands. Is it possible to use the frame sliders? I don’t have a garage of any sort or a tree to hang it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A simple way to do this is to position the ladder over your bars and then, using straps, lift the front end off the ground. The handlebars are a good lifting point for this.
