Default Frame sliders....

Hey guys, i dont PLAN on crashing, but we all know it can happen, and a lot of people say it WILL happen. So, im looking into fram sliders, for the just in case part. I do plan in riding wheelies, but not till im confident to even try them....

I was just wondering if anyone out there knows where to find some good frame sliders for a 600 rr.... and how much modifying will i have to do to get them on there?

thanks,

Chris

I wen out to the garage to take a picture, but just remembered that the bike is at my shop. I dropped it off today and picked up a YZF1000 for my ride and havent been back to swap again. I used the PRO-TEK(sp??) and yes it can be very easy to screw up your fairings, it takes time, planning and a good dremel tool. The ones on the 600RR are sweet, my mechanic does a great job at them...some shops will not do it for fear of screwing up $800 in bodywork if it goes wrong. If I go to swap bikes tommorow I will take a picture and post it

I would have the body shop do the install because if they **** up...its on them and not you. I have the carbon fiber Lockhart Phillip and it looks sweet

I think u can see it on my pics that i have in the other thread...check it out.

Mine was predrilled when I bought the bike

Those look VERY nice... and my bike is silver too heheheh, only mine is silver all the way around, no black anywhere heheheh

anyways, those do look sweet... but im gonna wait a bit before i get some and put them on, because i can see how that would be a VERY touchy process....

thanks for the pics, NICE BIKE [:-]
