Using Plaster to Mold Damaged Fairings
I was in need of a repair to an F4i upper fairing that was butchered by the previous owner. Here's what the turn signal bosses looked like before the repair:

Using an existing good upper fairing I applied Plaster of Paris to both of the good bosses to take a negative mold of their shape:


At this point I secured the molds to the damaged fairing and proceeded to fill the voids with PermaPoxy:


Once it was cured I removed the mold:


And to finish it off a little Polyflex filler, primer, and paint:
