They should be connected to the two power wires of the turn signals.. What kind of bike is it?

ive got a 2000 f4. it just seems like inside the brain box of the alarm, both yellow wires must be connected together to the same source. which means when i use a turn signal, the power feeds from one side, through the yellow wires over to the other side. ive tried hooking the wires to both the front and rear signal power wires. and both ways i have the same effect. but if i only hook up one of the yellow wires, everything works fine, other than only one side lighting up for the alarm. so for now i just have the wires capped off.

maybe i just got defective alarm wiring!! seems to be my luck, so i wouldnt doubt it.

you could always add a diode on each side. It will only let the voltage flow one way. Put the silver stripe facing the signal side and it will prevent them from lighting the other side up.

great write up! can you please let me know wich wire you spliced into from your fuse box exactly I did this and used the hot wire rod wrong and fried my bike lol and would it be the same on my 06 cbr 1000RR? Thank you any help would be greatly appreciated

I have a 2001 929 that I just installed this alarm on and every thing is working fine but the fuel pump isn't priming. Any ideas? Thanks in advance
