i need to know wher eand ho wto correctly adjust my idle.

on my f4i there is a little plastic rotating idle adjustment switch....................its on the lower right side of the bike along the motor

sorry, it is on a 1990 bcr 600f . and i would read the manual but i just bought the bike a month ago.

i dont know if its the same as the f3's..but on mine it is a little black ****, right behind the left side rear fairing, to the rear of the fuel control ****.

I just looked at the f1 service manual. There is a throttle stop screw behind the left fairing.
