Default idle adjustment

Went for a ride today after I let the bike warm up and then take off for the first ten min or so it acts flooded unless I rev it a few times then it acts ok while riding I keep having to adjust the idle up and down or the bike stalls at red lights I'm thinking the carbs need cleaning any ideas if that's it thanks guys I think I explaned it ok lol if you need more details just let me know

Sounds like the idle jets are in need of cleaning.
You might try running a can of Sea Foam (or similar carb cleaner),
through a couple of tanks of gas, as a short-term solution.

Long-term, yeah, probably best to do a complete clean/over-haul/adjustment
on the carbs. There are a couple of good threads on the subject,
as well as a couple of stickies in the how-to section.

thanks man how hard are the carbs to do? i can change a transmission on a car rebuild a motor on a car but i am very gun shy on doing motor work on a bike i think its because i never have worked on them much i rebuilt my forks no problems but as far as the carbs go i almost took them off but was told there a b***h to re adjust after with my skill set is this something i should be able to tackle myself thanks guys
