Anyone have a good idea/template for cutting mesh to place over the headlight? I want tomake as perfect of a shape as possible, then slap em on. I thought about cardboard and cutting a template and makign adjustments until i felt it was the perfect shape then place it over the mesh and cut but I am sure there is a better/efficent way...? Some may thing the mesh over headlight is lame btu I amblacking our my entire bike. Thanks for the advice.

I bought that stuff, its lockhart phillips headlight mesh. Mesh with an adhesive backing, got it off ebay for cheap. I just cut a ROUGH shape way bigger than the headlight, stuck it on, and took a my time trimming with a very sharp razor blade. Keep changing your blades and it'll come out looking awesome. At least mine did. No recent pics tho sorry

[EDIT] you can kinda see it in my sig, i put mesh on it so i dont have to tape them every time i go to the track, just unplug the lights

You'd have to put some type of fabric over it and cut it to use for a template. I bought mine pretty cheap (I think $35 from tricktape or somewhere like that) pre-cut to shape/fit exactly as-is .. no fuss no mess .. just set it and forget it .. and some other clichés ...
