Thumbs up

I did this mod again. I worked great on my bike, now I did it again this time in my Big truck . It is so easy to do and the charger is so inexpensive and works so great. Love it, Love it , Love it.....

Yeah, I've done it to like every vehicle I've ever owned since maybe '03. I'm working on a dual-USB and AC-outlet mod for my Lancer right now. Horrible winter project.

I wish my fuse cover was in better shape for my F3. Does anyone have one or access to once they'd sell? Please... Just throwing it out there. Thanks

The iPhone sucks up more wattage when charging than that connection is going to provide. It's the same reason you can't use junky chinese USB chargers with it, you have to by the expensive ones that up the capacitance. That's right: wiring your iPhone directly to a car battery still doesn't provide enough power. Honestly, this mod bareley provides enough for my Pre, but it works, so it's great in an emergency.
