Default Will F2 engine fit on F3

so i was riding the other night just got my bike out of the shop and it slung a rod. i have a buddy that has an 95 F2 i believe with a good engine. i have a 96 F3. im curious to know if the F2 engine will be a direct swap with my F3? any suggestions?

As far as I know it will fit, but you will notice a difference, get an F3 motor.

i could get an f3 engine but my buddy has the f2 that he wants 200 bux for but it dont have a title. but all i want is the motor.

ok i got the motor in now my speedometer doesnt work. any ideas?

f3 is an electronic speedo....the one in the f2 is mechanical and attached to the front wheel

yep lone is right...you will have to get f2 gauges and speed sensor...if i caught you a week ago i woulda warned ya
