Default Why would my main fuse blow?

Bike runs perfect, i park it in the garage on friday and go to start it monday, think i left the switch on all weekend and killed the battery. I have no power at all, when ignition switch turned on. My first instinct is the battery, so i go to the bike shop and they say it's perfect, holds charge, everything. cool. I thought maybe i drained it, but when i get back home, same problem. check the main fuse and it was blown. fortunately I have a spare, and will get a few more spares.

What could have blown it within three days of perfect performance?

My main fuse went witout warning on a night ride. I checked the fuse and it didn't actually look blown but when I put a new one it it worked just fine.

Stumped!

It's possible it went bad just from fatigue caused by vibration. If it doesn't blow again, I wouldn't give it much more thought.
