I have a 02 954 with a micron full exhaust sustem.My top speed sucks my friends say that I need a power commander! What do you think?

 

If you can hit redline, but the top speed is low, someone changed your gearing. Going 1 tooth lower in the front sprocket and 2 up in the rear cuts your top speed by 10 percent. So if your top speed was 150, it will now be 135. If you can't reach redline, you have other problems.
