i have a stock cbr f3 with a slip on yoshi pipe and i just got it recently i am wondering what the top speed on this bike will be around... i havent really got on it yet, but i am just curious!! thanks!!

 

well, a stock one from the factory did about 156 radar, so maybe 160, a slip on doesn't do much, it might read over 170 though, mine seems to be way off, there's no way the cruising speed is 80mph on my 65 mph highways just cause I"m on my bike when it's 70 in my truck.

 

if you just got it recently i wouldn't worry too much about trying to top it out speed wise

 

With factory setup including sprockets, it's in the area of 155.

 

Has that been radar or laser certified? Or is that just taking math equations along the coefficent of drag into play?

 

My mate clocked me on his standed ZX10R at 166 MPH with K&N and Full System and gearing wich would work out ROUGHLY as 159.4MPH Actual speed on a GPS or laser gun.... my speedo was reading 175 mph lol damn gearing puts them off hence why i was running it off what my mates speedo said.

 

i agree with spicy. don't wreck it. then you have no bike and you are injured or dead.
