Default Tire Question

OK my bike (01 cbr600 f4i)has a 180/55/17 rear on it now and I can get a free new set of tires from a buddy but the the rear is a 190/50/17.............is this gonna cause any real issues or should I pass on them? Oh the front is the same size as on the bike right now so I am not worried about that just the rear.

depends on your riding. the 190 was intended for a 6" wheel as opposed to our 5.5" wheel. Turn in will suffer from the 190/50. most who insist on running a 190 run the 190/55 so the profile is close to being like the 180/55.
