Default Terrible Throttle

my bike was runied in an accident and I have gotten her to the point where I can driver around the block but the trottle is sticky and no where near as smooth as it used to be. I am going to do some work on the wiring but if anyone has any tips on how to adjust or play with it to try and fix it then please let me know soon cause otherwise im gonna just take it all apart inspecting everything then try and figure it out.

your help would be awsome, thanx everyone
