Default Terrible mileage

My bike has a Hindle Full Exhaust system and PC3.

The bike was mapped to the Hindle Full Exhaust map file when i bought it.

I noticed the bike only gets 20MPG like that. SO i tried two things. I send over a ZEROED out map. And Also sent over the Stock map. Running both these maps the bike STILL only gets 20mpg. Im super confused and am not sure what to do.

Take that to a motorcycle mechanic you know, NOT a dealership. I am hoping this might kind of bump it and get some MODS or more mechanically sound people commenting on it than me. Just for reference, I get on a full tank about 165 miles (highway) and around 100-110 miles (city).

Mine gets about the same as Trey's, 24-35mpg depending on how I treat it. How many miles are on the bike? It could be bad plugs, high valve lash, low tire pressure. A single injector stuck open would do it as well. But in that case you would probably smell the fuel because the residual pressure in the rail would drain into the intake and cylinder (if the intake valve is open) when you shut the bike off. If it goes like stink but you get a puff of gray/white smoke out the exhaust it's extra fuel. Try full throttle in 3rd or 4th at 2500 rpm and see if it bogs down. That would indicate it's running rich as well. Even a faulty fuel pressure regulator could give you poor mileage, but the bike would run poorly as well. So let us know mileage, when the valves were checked, and if you do wheelies everywhere.

i can get around 40 mpg if its a long run and im being sensible, other than that yes 20-25 mpg is about normal for me.
4th gear 2500rpm, give it full throttle and see what happens, it should pull clean(ish) all the way, if not and it bogs then its rich,
simple little things can help with mpg, try cleaning or replacing your air filter, check your tyre pressures, and use the throttle gently lol
