Ok, so Im watching Nick (I know, I know) But hey Fresh Prince is a classic. And I swear at every comercial break they are showing a vigisil commercial. WTF

A. Nobody wants to see a vigisil commercial in the first place
B. It is Nickalodeon!! C'mon, its a childs channel.

Who wants to be the one that has to answer "Daddy, whats vigisil?"

 

come on now. there are a ton of lonely girls out there that need to know "that not so fresh feeling" can be avoided...

Bwahaha, I was the lead engineer and sr. architect for Experian (they own freecreditreport.com) and managed the whole damned infrastructure. Those commercials make over $800,000,000.00 a year with a 40%margin (that's pure profit baby).

They get over a billion hits a year.

 

I hate any commercial with Billy Mays in it (Oxy Clean, The Awesome Auger, Mighty Putty), but not nearly as I hate that *** pirate Vince in the ShamWOW commercials. I can go on and on about commercials I hate as I am very critical of advertising, but right now, I'm going to leave it at this and give an honorable mention to the make-up commercialwhere Drew Barrymore has a wildly mis-shapen and super-sized head.

 

I hate any E.D. commercials. First of all, who is the POS that let Viagra use "Viva Las Vegas"? That makes me as annoyed as Target using Beatle songs. Now, another problem I have is the generation that is being represented. I am 35, and when I see 60 somethings getting hot and bothered, I think of my parents. I don't want to think of my parents. I know, I know...60 year olds are sexual beings and that is fine, I JUST DON"T WANT TO KNOW ABOUT IT (every three minutes when one of these commercials comes on)! Also, WTF? Can nobody get a boner in the US without the aid of a f_cking pill? You'd think as often as these are on, the biggest problem in the United States is an inability to produce wood. The commercials are so phony, too. People dancing in their living rooms (doesn't happen in real life), people taking a bath in the middle of an open field (how'd the hot water get there), dudes sitting around siging a song about boner pills (whatever...morons).

 

Me too. I'm like an armchair quarterback with it. Acura's latest campaign is just awful...even worse than the previous "drama kid," "new generation has arrived" nonsense. Red leather booth and grass-fed steak my ***.

But by far the worst is "bare minerals" and "direct buy." Both seem louder, and I want to punch the bitch with the annoying voice: "...bm is my miracle." [:@]

I don't know about the markets you guys live in, but in UT, almost every local spot is so bad, I refuse to watch network TV, especially news broadcasts.
