sometimes it starts sometimes it doesnt?
Thread highjacker.... you need to be in second gear to bump start your bike..
I would also check your killswitch. if its malfuctioning, it will still allow the engine to turn over, just not fire.
Also, next time it happens, remove the screw from the bottom of your carbs to see if there is fuel in the carbs.
also, remove the line from your tank to see if there is a good flow of fuel from the tank.

i,ve checked all my wires & connectors that i can see. kick stand & fuel cut off seem to be working fine.it's getting gas. today i let it run for mybe 30 min's & started it a few more times after that. but it takes a min for it to start, i have to hold the throtle all the way down for it to start.
Hmmmm, did you check your plugs? If your bike starts crappy but runs cool, it sounds like its running lean. As you say all of your electronics are cool then there is only one explanation, your carbs are running too lean. When starting rather not use the throttle but use your choke. When you cleaned your carbs, did you take a thin wire and put it through your pilot jets as spraying only will not clean it properly. Have you set your Pilot Screws properly to the correct fuel mixture?
sounds to me like its flooding itself on a few cylinders. Check all your plugs after it stalls on you and see which ones are soaked. You most likely have dirt blocking one of your needles off the float, allowing too much gas into the bowl. Just fixed this same problem on my girlfriends bike. Took the needles out of the seats and blew compressed air up through the seat and out the fuel line. Runs better than before now. I would say pull your bowls apart and take the floats out, make sure they dont have gas inside the float, then check your needles and seats for wear. If they all look ok, try the compressed air to get any dirt out of the innards.
