Lately I have been having problems starting my F4i. It seems like in the morning it cranks right up, and after riding, I can cut off the engine and crank it right back. It's not untill I ride it and I don't crank it right up and it sits for about an 1 hour or 2, and when I try to crank it, it won't roll over and everything resets. It will however crank on the first try of every push start Im thinking spark plugs, relays or battery. Please help before the Honda dealership charges an arm and a leg for something simple.

 

Sounds like a battery to me... Definatly a battery.

 

yes, i had the same problem, get a new battery, the only problem is the f4is use a sealed battery, that costs around $90-100

 

Yeah I just bought one today and it was 117. I almost **** myself[:@]

 

I would like to thank you all. I am now a firm believer that you all know what the hell it is that you're talking about. Bought the new battery and a tender. Cranks everytime.
