Default rattling cbr 125 2004

Hii everyone, going to keep this brief so I don't board y'all and thank you in advance for answering !

I have a cbr 125 2004 and i started hearing a rattle noise but at low rpm for a second and boom goes away then 2-4 second and again did the valve clearance it's alright but I'm no expert i thought it was the chain maybe it got stretched even after 30k only so i replaced it but the noise persists not i took out my cam chain tensioner and saw this 👇🏻👇🏻

is that tolerance normal ?

could that be the problem to rattling?

and if so can i make a iron one (copy of this one but i dont trust aluminum so iron) with a M12 screwe ( should i thread bigger thread id M12 or smaller M12) at the center with a polished top and a locking nut

Sorry for my english it's not my nativ i hope i wrote everything right and again thank you all !

And yes the reason why i don't take it to the shop is because here in Serbia there aren't that many motorcycle mechanics at least close to me. I'm a student and do part time but i love this motorcycle i want a bigger one too but for now i want to learn this little one cylinder and after my study's get an bigger one but can't forget this little fella so i want to learn more and more about motorcycles all i did for now was a lot and proud of that but kinda got stuck here so yee

Heyy replaying a little late but yes i did

the thing i was talking about in the post about the costume cam chain tensioner I've made it (i sent a guy my original cam chain tensioner and described to him that i need the sam thing with a screwe in a middle and i bought a screw polished the head like on the original cct and that's it) and it works perfect didnt have any issues with it after that i went with M12 standard 1.0 and a double nut to lock it and yea that's it

if you need any help message me i think i have a picture of it Pozdrav iz Srbije
