after having a bew rear tire put on my 94 cbr 900rr I noticed some scrubbing in the rear
to make a long story short the cbrake disk is rubbing a housing

is there supposed to be a wheel spacer/bushing on BOTH sides of the rim or just one?

mine only has a spacer on the chain side and there isnt one on the other is there supposed to be one there to space the housing back a little?

 

purchased and installed a spacer man it was dangerous riding withotu that in there

 

Did you pull the rim yourself or did the shop do it? If it went in with it, and came out without it, and they did the work I would be pretty damn hot. Its your *** getting the skin grafts if the **** hits the fan cause something goes wrong due to a unfocused mechanic. If you did the work, however, your bad . Lets make sure we keep the shiny side up. Peace.

Im just glad I noticed some harsh rubbing back there and got it all worked out before something BAd appened

 

Well I sure as heck wouldnt pay for the mounting and balancing of the tires! And thats at the minimum!
