Default Question

Hi guys just wondering, im changing my oil and have decided to go for fully sinthetic, the oil that's in my bike at the moment is part synthetic I changed the oil filter on the last oil change about 3000 miles ago so at this oil change on a normal basis I wouldn't change the oil filter just the oil but as I'm changing the type of oil should I change the filter aswell or does it not matter? Thanks in advance for any help

I think it is the best practice to change your filter with each oil change. Even the best filters are inexpensive and the process thats two minutes so there is very little to be gained by not changing it. This applies to all engines, not just bikes.

To me, it's akin to putting dirty underwear on after you shower...
