overheating issues

ok so i have an overheating issue as well..my bike gets hot like 230degrees doesnt go any higher..but runs normally when in motion highest ive noticed was 180degrees..ive flushed the system numerous times..im running water wetter and distilled water..when i get off the highway it gets up to around 210 after a couple of minutes...personally i cant figure out what it could be...anyone that can help id appreciate it...thanx.....

Could be a fan but don't discard a restricted hose. My brother had a 98 f3 when he put the side panel back on he didn't take his time and somehow put pressure against hose. It got so hot that coolant started spraying out of the hose that runs under engine. It even warns about it in the repair manuel.

way to totally jack my threat lol!!! jp... i actually solved my problem before leaving school, the radiator fan plug was not in all the way... make sure everything is plugged in and that you have enough fluid.... if that fails, check the fuse under the seat and use a multimeter to see if you dont have a pinched wire....

the fan plug is in...and the fluid is topped off...im leaning towards doing a waterpump but the coolant is moving through the system...watched it with the cap off and can feel the coolant through the radiator hose...

I don't think you've got a problem. With water wetter, the boiling point of your coolant is 250 degrees F. at 15 psi. If it's not going above that then don't worry about it. Look at table 3 in the below document.
