How hot is it getting?? And did you burp the cooling system real good?? Have you looked at the actual fan blade itself to make sure it's spinning?? Sometimes they break right in the middle where it bolts onto the shaft of the motor, and the motor will spin but the blade won't

What kind of coolant are you using?? Stock green stuff, or something aftermarket like Engine Ice??

Looks like you've checked everything, unless there is a clog deep in the radiator i dont know. As asked,,, how HOT is it getting?? On a hot day stuck in traffic mine will get to 225 -230 degrees. Yea my crotch is on fire but its not overheating.

F4is will throw a warning light and shut off when they are overheating. (240 degrees i think)

The bike is supposed to shut-off to prevent damage after 252 so it sounds like a clog somehere unless you use the wrong coolant..

Ohhh I C.... so did you -COMPLETELY- flush the cooling system with distilled water multiple times to get ALL of the old coolant out?? Cuz you know if Engine Ice and ethylene glycol antifreeze mix, it gels....

What temp is it running at going down the road??
