yes that is the super tech number from wal-mart just wondering if it would work on a 600rr. I haven't found anything for sure but it is listed to fit almost all honda sportbikes but dosn't say about the 600rr. If anyone knows any other part # for a filter that could be picked up at a auto place please let me know.

the 600rr is no different than the majority of other Honda models. i can't find a referance guide, but i'd put money that if it's good to go for other CBR models, it's good to go for the 600RR.

The 1000rr uses the Mazda RX-8 Filter,I'm sure the 600rr uses the same one,I just did my oil change and used a Mobil 1 filter M1-108.

Default RE: Oil filter Question

I was walking through my shop today and noticed a waste filter from a new toyota and I'm thinking damn that looks EXACTLY like the one that goes on my rr (just changed my oil yesterday it was fresh in my mind) even had the rounded off gasket like the purolator filter I put in my bike. Should be purolator num. 14610 (the toyota filter not the bike number)... Anyone here have a new corolla and a 600rr wanna give it a try just for curiositys sake?

yeah the PL14610 which is a Purolator PURE1 filter and available at Advanced Auto is one of the best filters available and is under $6.

I use them on my 929rr and my RX-7.
