Default No power!

Ok so im gonna repost here to so i can get a few more opinions.. Basicaly i tightened the chain a my 96 600 F3 and now i have no power at all, no dash lights, no neutral light no stand light..nothin. It worked fine and now i cant get it to even turn on much less start. I tried clutch starting but i wouldnt work. so im wondering if there is maybe a saftey switch to keep the bike from running if the wheel is out of alignment, or something to that effect?

Check your fuses and battery. I would say that the act of adjusting the chain has nothing to do with the bike having no power, not directly anyway
