Looking for Power Commander walk through...

I got it installed, but just turned on the ignition and pressed all 3 buttons within 5 seconds... now what?
I only have K&N filters and awaiting the exhaust (not until August).
anyone have any insight?

Sounds to me like you've missed a few steps. Did your PCIII not come with simple instructions that tells you step by step on what to do?
