My boy just bought a 00 929 and the shop he bought it from says it had a power commander on it. Now i looked under the front and rear seat. (Mine is under the rear seat). I have given the bike a good goin over and cant find this damn thing. Is there anywhere that i may have missed? Someone please give me a hand on this one.

 

Ask the seller? Sounds like they may be BSing you? I put mine under the passenger seat, it was the only logical place.

well we tore the bike apart to do a bunch of maintenance on it. No PC so i think hes gonna call the dealer and make a little scene

 

yeah more than likely it woulda been under the seat unless the kid was racin it and hid it

 

probably thought that the CDI was a power commander, I've heard of dealers telling people that so they think the bike is all bad *** and what
not.
