Default LED turn signal installation problem

Just installed some LED front turn signals on my CBR600F4 and they look great, but they flash at a extreme high rate of speed. I was told I needed to install an in-line relay on each side to get the flashing to slow. Not exactly the smartest tool in the shed when it comes to electrical issues, so I could use a little help in finding where you can get these relays and how to install them. Anyone already gone through this problem. It may have something to do with going from a three wire light to a two wire light?
