Default Turn Signal and adapter plate installation

Hello everyone,

I am a new rider and bought my first Motorcycle CBR600F3 97, it is a project bike and got it for $1300.00. I am mechanically inclined and I do all my maintenance on my car but I am just learning how to work on my bike, so my lack of experience on this arena is extensive.

I am having trouble putting the front turn signal on my bike, I bought a pair of LED and adapter plate but can figure out how to install it. The bike has the holes where the turn signal are supposed to go but they are too big for the lights (hence the adapter plate) but there is no other hardware. The adapter plate I bought are just a piece of plastic shaped in the same form as the holes in the fairing but can’t figure out how is hold in place.

I will take pictures of everything today and post it.

Any help will be really appreciated.
