Default How hard is it to paint an undertail kit?

I just want to paint it black, nothing fancy. It's this one:

HONDA F4I UNDERTAIL 2001,2002,2003 [H-F4I-S-0103] - $99.99 : WWW.PIMPBIKE.COM, YOUR #1 SOURCE FOR MOTORCYCLE UNDERTAILS & ACCESSORIES

Maybe matte black, maybe semi-gloss, maybe gloss, I haven't decided yet, but I don't think it will make a big difference anyways. What do I need to do? With RustOleum paint would I need to prime it? Is this piece already primed?? I heard Rust Oleum has primer and paint both built in but I don't know if that's enough for this job. I've never painted anything like this... THANKS!

You can use plastidip to paint it and you don't have to prep it to do it.Just spray let it dry and you're good to go.

HOLY ****!! I've heard the name plastidip but didn't really realize what it was or it's potential until I googled it just now! Thanks for posting this man. Should I do different layers? What about painting a cheap POS carbon fiber part from china? Should I sand it or just paint over the original design? Anyways, I'm gonna do more research! thanks a lot!
