Default hot wired own bike..got a question

ok so after i bought my 06 cbr 1000 rr some asswipe stole it...that was the most terrible day esspecially knowing that threre was a good chance i wasnt getting my bike back or a new one from the insurance..but thank god it back a week later..now the ignition wires have been cut and they ripped the gas cap off..and me being the most impatient person in the world cant wait a week for the new lock set to come in the mail..so i got really bored and hooked up positive on the battery to the ignition and wa freaking la..but 15 min into riding it just died on me..got jumped..then 20 min later died again..so does the way its hooked up right now is it sucking juice from the battery??

you aren't going to get much advice from this forum on how to maintain a stolen bike man, especially with 2 posts. I'd recommend replacing your ignition.

...........wait for a new lock set. That eliminates all the problems you are having.
