ive read a bunch of threads about fuel pumps not priming/ not working on f4i's. i have an '02 and im having the same problem withcranking and no fuel and the pump doesnt buzz when the key gets turned on.has anyone fixed the problem? everything ive read just chases it and i havent seen anything that works yet. any help is really appreciated, thanks

 

what are you talking about? most have had their fuel pumps prime and have nailed it down to the bank angle sensor.

did you follow the steps that was done in those threads?

i guess what im trying to say is nothing has worked for me yet and im still lookin for help.do ineed to replace the BAS or bypass it or what?thanks

well today i was looking around and realized i am missing a headlight relay... would that be a cause. all the fuses are good and im checking the sensors(sidestand, clutch, neutral) and they are working correctly. the BAS is mounted correctly. i started to look through the harness and check for bad wires/shorts etc. im new to bikes so i just dont really know what to look for. thanks
