fuel pump not priming

Hello guys, I know there are a hundred posts as of now with this title yet I am battling with this issue and wasting time. I have a 2006 low kms CBR1000 stopped up for aprox a half year. Battery was dead so I traded for another one and completely energized. She worked impeccably before having a rest for the winter. The bicycle turns over with the start, however won't fire up. I at that point recalled the fuel siphon commotion and understood its not preparing by any means. I have seen a few posts about fuel siphon transfers and the fuel siphon itself however I cannot locate any conclusive indicating where the hand-off is on the bicycle (or on the off chance that it even has one) for the fuel siphon, and where the fuel siphon really is. The manuals are not a lot superior to a paperweight. Glad to take a stab at trading/bypassing the transfer first on the off chance that I could think that its, at that point go on my method of further checks from that point. Any assistance truly valued.
