Cleaning your visor

and an old wife-beater/A-shirt.
I also use this to clean up the front of the bike after a ride. Does great at getting the stuff off and put a thin layer of "wax" on really keeps anything else from sticking. No scratches and has worked great so far especially once when I got caught in the rain. It slid right off the shield.

cotton is bad for visors and plastic and paint, buy a nice quality microfiber towel or use toilet paper. You can wax your visor too just the outside if you want. Plasticx or any sort of polish can be used on plastic as long as its done right. Even mirrored or smoked visors im sure are smoked on the inside.

Some of the other ideas are great and I even use them at home, but what about on the go? Hard to find hot water when I'm stopped right before the twisty section of road we like to blast down.
The 954 has a huge trunk, and like I said earlier, I like the Windex No-Drip formula and microfiber, but also because I can carry it. (Get a travel size spray bottle, a small microfiber towel, and put 'em in a zip-lock bag). We have some mean bugs down here in Texas...

At home, I use microfiber cloth w/ Honda Polish.
On the go, I use eyeglasses cloth & spit. Works great.
I've used WetOnes (individually wrapped), followed by wiping dry w/ eyeglasses cloth b/c wetones will leave streaks.
Too, they make small cans of Honda Polish that could easily be carried in your trunk area w/a piece of micro cloth.
