general rule of thumb : if you're replacing a chain, you should replace both sprockets and chain at the same time. if you don't, your chain and sprockets will wear down twice as fast (due to the wear patterns of your chain and sprockets)
since you have an f3, get a 520 kit. you should be able to find a 520 chain kit that will come with a new chain and new sprockets on fleabay - or any reputable motorcycle shop online. as far as what to get, get a 520 (you don't need a 530 which is what is stock), and you can get a kit that comes with a -1 tooth countershaft sprocket which will give you a nice little boost in acceleration, but won't kill your gas mileage. that's what i had on my f3, i still got over 30 mpg, and the bike was nice and peppy.
and especially since you don't know what size your sprockets are (which is hard to tell by sprockets), since you snapped a chain (which means your sprockets are probably also worn, at least worn enough to the point to where they have their own wear pattern started), get a new kit.
