Question CBR600F3, does 3 stand for 3 carb cleans to run?

Hi! I have been troubleshooting a CBR600F3 for a couple of weeks and have made some progress, but I don't know how to continue now. When I first got it, it turned over but didn't start; so I replaced the spark plugs and cleaned the carb jets and the float needles with brake cleaner. Put all the stuff back on, and then the bike started, but it died as soon as I gave it throttle. So I decided to take the carb back off to clean it again, this time including the mixture screws. I did that, put it back on, the bike started and revved up, but it was stuttering (bogging? Not familiar with that term...) and didn't idle.

My question is: should I clean the carbs a third time, this time taking them apart completely, or could there be something else? I'm a little intimidated by the idea of fully taking them apart with all the springs and stuff.

Video of it starting, revving, and dying

Yes, the carbs are still fouled.
There are several threads on here showing the procedure. Also, there are tons of YouTube videos, some of which concern the f3 exactly.
Also, afterwards, the carbs will need to be synced.
