Default Hidden passageway on Keihin CV38 carb

Hi again guys, I seem to have fallen foul of the legendary 'hidden passageway' on my No.1 carb. The passageway runs from the pilot jet to the idle mix screw. I have tried carb cleaner, compressed air @ 8 bar to clear it to no avail.

Any experience that you guys have with this your help would be much appreciated. I am pretty sure this is what has been giving me bother in my other post.

Thanks

Carb cleaner seems to have worked its magic during the night, must have softened things up, all clear now. Going to put a new set of idle screws in as I don't want to take these carbs off AGAIN. Fingers crossed this time

Cheers
