I have a 01 cbr 929 it wouldn't start so i figured it was the battery.... so i put it on a slow charge and the battery is fully charged.... still won't start... so i hook it up to my jumper cables and it starts right up.... so if its not my battery what should i do next? somebody please help the weather is finally nice here in PA and i'm itching to ride.

 

If you put jumpers on and it starts, it is more than likely your battery. Just because its fully charged doesnt mean its given the bike its full amperage. It may have full voltage, but without the full amperage, the bike wont start. I would take the battery out and have it load tested. Im betting that it will fail the load test.
