CBR 929 sputtering and loosing power

CBR 929 sputtering and loosing power
Hi Guys
I know this is starting an old feed, but my bike has given me a new problem the old feeds don’t help with.
Everytime I pull off from stand still, cold or hot, the bike stutters and bogs down, when it’s under 6k revs
ive check the following:
-FPR
-Fuel Pump, which is blowing air out when priming but from the suction intake hole into the fuel tank
-HVTEC valve
-Battery
any ideas ?
