I was told by another CBR rider that mt cam chain tensor needed to be replaced and that that's why my bike rattled. He said he replaced it on his bike and the problem was fixed. Does anyone know of a company I should get one of these from?

there's only 1 company that makes it...APE...
if you're not familiar with how they work and what not, i would just get another stocker.
i rather keep replacing stockers than overtighten a manual one.
to me, replacing stockers are easy.
