Any idea why my headlights aren't coming on the fuses are fine but they won't come on when I turn the power on I'm lost

I'm having a similar problem. However when I turn the kill switch on, I dont hear the fuel primering. What could the problem be?

I'm not sure when I turn the key to the on position I hear a high pitch beep idk what that is either

Can anyone tell me what that may be?? And is trying to fix my start button bad for the throttle

high pitch when you turn the key on is usually the fuel pump priming
and no you should be fine to work on the button and have it not affect the throttle
