should there always be a weight on the front tire? or could it be balanced without 1 i noticed the other day no weight on front rim . and can it be balanced on the bike? ive never pulled a front tire off is it easy?

 

I suppose it's possible. If the person that mounted the tire took the time to find the heavy spot on the tire and mount it opposite the heavy spot on the wheel. On my front tire on my Wing, it took very little weight. Haven't done the 1KRR yet.
