Default any ideas???

I just bought a 2002 cbr600f4i I wanted to take the stock mirrors off and put on some integrated mirror/turn signals. I have flush mounts on now, but would like to take them off. What can I use to cover the spot for the stock turn signals. Thanks for the help!!

Hi smjcfree,

Your local Lowe's or HomeDepot carries various sized plastic "plugs" for car interiors. They're basically plastic retainers, push-in type. They call them PUSH FASTENERS/RIVETS. They are located in the Hardware section in automotive hardware. They have many different sizes..usually in black.

Just get the size you want, insert into the little hole that's left after you've removed your turn signals. If you don't want it black, you can get some touch-up paint for your color bike & paint the outside of the fastener. I've seen this technique used & it looks pretty good.

Look at this link for examples.

Hope they work for you.
