Or your ECU, regulator, chaffed wire, fuse, batteryetc. Too many alternatives to list. From the sounds of it, it seems like you have a dead battery. The clicking you hear is your starter trying to work. Test or charge the battery and check your fuses.

 

Thanks for the help. After troubleshooting and testing the battery found out the battery was shot. hah i guess i jumed to conclusions..
