Doe the issue with the throttle get worse as the bike warms up or does it go away as the bike warms up. I'm guessing you're bike is running fat as I've had this issue too.
A way you can tell the bike is running fat is by looking at your plugs. There are usually only three conditions you'll see (there are many more by the way) which are soiled (from running fat), normal condition, and a white(ish) condition (from running lean). Here is a link for a good visual on what you're looking for in a plug: DIY: CLEANING/REPLACING YOUR SPARK PLUG - Bikers-India.com . Pull your plugs and see how things are burning. This will then give you an idea on what to look for in the carbs.
I had a couple float heights that were out of spec, float needles were worn out, and a couple enrichner needles that were worn. I pretty much just ended up rebuilding the carbs with new parts which solved my issue of running fat.

 

I would do basic clean up! Oil change, new plugs, and do a really deep clean on the carbs using a compressor to make sure the valleys are clear. Then go from there. Usually a good carb clean will help with the problem!

 

i did a carb clean about 2months ago
i changed the spark plugs last Friday
i tun up my idle up & lefted my fuel on And she stated right up
think the problem is solved for now lol

Definitely a fuel issue pull your carbs, clean/clear all the Jets and passage ways, make sure all the float needles are cleaned and free from any gunk replace them if they have a ring around the tip, make sure you be careful not to tear any float bowl gaskets, do not play with the carb synchronize screws, clean your petcock especially the screen it's that little bowl on the bottom that tends to get built up and if she runs better after that get the carbs synchronized and idle drop done to it and she should be snappy again👌👌
