Anyone have any suggestions for lifting and removing the camshaft holders once all the bolts are removed? There are still pins in them and obviously you dont want to start prying into them....any suggestions on the best and safest method of getting them up without gashing everything in sight?

 

WHich bike is this mate? You say holders so are there more than 1 cam cover?

 

Don't be afraid to tap with a rubber mallet or pry up with something plastic they come off pretty easy can most of the time just wiggle side to side to get them off but make sure your at tdc and the tensioner in removed lol
