Default 954 won't start

Ok long story short bike hasnt been started in months... Changed spark plugs out and brand new battery. Turn the key everything comes on fuel pump primes.. Hit the ignition bike tries to turn over but that's about it. There is also a clicking noise comming from a relay or something next to the battery across from the fuse box don't know if that means anything can't remember hearing it before. Any ideas?

heres a video from today.. i was running a jumper from a car battery so there is no issue with battery voltage/amps. Any troubleshooting that i can do to narrow down what the problem is? I can smell gas while I'm trying to start, giving some throttle while it cranks. So i don't think its a fuel issue.

sounds like the battery voltage is too low. if your sure that your batteries are any good, check to see how much draw is at the starter, resistance is in the cables, and connections are clean and tight. did the bike run okay the last time it was started?

yea the bike ran fine it just hasn't been started in a long time. And I'm jumping voltage from a car battery that i just took out of my car.. so that shouldn't be an issue
