Default 2006 f4i fuel pump isn't priming and has no spark

Hello,New to this forum so stay with me as I try to figure it out. I bought an 06 f4i from a trusted seller yesterday. He road it for 2 days then all of a sudden It wouldn't start. Has no spark and the fuel pump doesn't prime. I hotwired the fuel pump and it does work but I don't know why it wont work when it's wired stock. As far as I can tell the BAS is fine and it doesn't change anything hotwired or not. And all the relays are clicking so I think they're good. There is one connector I that I can't find the home to. It is a 2 prong wire that comes out of the harness a few inches and is right under the tail by the ECU. For the life of me I cant find where it goes. There are also 2 clear wires coming out of those little white resistor blocks under the tail that aren't plugged in either. Im really lost here so if anyone has any help that would be great. Thanks

That connector is for diagnostics. It shouldn't be plugged in to anything.

I thought the white and red one that ties to the fuse box was for diagnostic? Should there be a fuse or something in the white and red one?

Default Update

I figured out that the headlights dont work in addition to the other problems. One headlight is completely out of it. Any chance the light would complete a circuit?

The bas and headlights are on the same circuit.

So if the headlight is gone it won't run right?

No , as Demon says the BAS is on the headlight Harness and if the harness is disconnected then the BAS has to be Bypassed at the Headlight Harness connector , instead of just at the BAS connector, the Red/White wire has a 20amp fuse in it and runs to the Engine Stop Relay ,something else you could check, (swap that with the headlight relay to see if it will prime) and then with the Fuel Cut Relay
