Default 06 cbr600 f4i fuel pump not priming

I changed my blinkers to flush mounts and ever since, my fuel pump wont prime and my bike will turn over and over and over. I have a empty connector and wondering if that’s the issue. Cant see anywhere that plug would go? Bike turned over just fine before all of this. And yes my headlights work

it does have the two little relays on the front that bolt to the back of the headlight housing, and one of them has that same exact connection. But I don’t know where it would go I don’t see any female connectors.

Then you need to make sure it's still bypassed.

As Demon say's bypass the switch, there are 3 wires , Green , White and Red/White, connect the Green and the Red/White with a piece of jumper wire , on the harness side and your bypassed
